ACJC Orientation

Before I begin my first post, I would like to clarify that this is going to be used as a photoblog about MY LIFE, because I can and because I will. Also, while I will attempt to post recent and INTERESTING photographs >_>..... I want to cover some past events. So bear with me until I catch up with the present. Besides. I'm sure many of you from MGS want to see Mr Ong in bunny ears and the mg uniform. Well that happened during Teacher's Day, 2006, and the only way I can showcase this.....amazing spontaneousness from the teachers...is by backtracking. I'm sure none of you mind. Too much.

Right. As some of you probably know, I got posted to ACJC. The orientation was fun. Because I'm such a nice and sharing person, I'm going to tell you all about it. Try not to fall asleep.

Here are our beloved and beautiful OGLs(orientation group leaders), Sarah(middle) and Shu-en(right).

Also featured is our not so beloved and not so beautiful OGL, Aaron(left).

As you can see from the flag. I gotinto the group: Cherub, a friggin CUPID. Hence the stupid cupid on the flag. Fortunately it suits me. For I shall one day flit around matchmaking all you poor innocent souls.




As you can see...the sun was hot. So we stoned alot. (Not me though. No one can even imagine me stoning)

If you noticed the open mouths and that "What??" expression that Dawn's wearing...I think we were being instructed on some crazy game... either that or being made to do a forefeit.

As you can also see! We were very clean. Our OGLs rocked. They and us did our best to avoid the dirty games.



Before you ask. I'll tell you. YES. The guys in my OG are gay...not. Pity isn't it? These poses were inspired by the Bimbo cheer. It goes like this:

Although. They were a little more enthusiastic than neccessary..... By the way! I videoed the cheers. I will put them up on youtube =3



The OGLs were really enthusiastic. See the whole row of them in white standing there cheering? They stood up so often to do that it's a wonder they didn't get muscle cramps.

By the way. It was campfire night. Hence the darkening sky.

Back to the story. The ogl's enthusiasm was so infectious, one J1 guy actually stood up to clap with them. See him standing there? How extra. Poor guy.


Here's the whole bunch of us praying. I was supposed to be praying too. But I took the oppourtunity to get more snapshots. =3.











Anyway. They lit the campfire. I'm particularly proud of this shot, so I'll probably post this on my deviantart or another photoblog I'm planning on setting up on Animus which is reserved for the asthetics.
